Shipping Policy
At Retro Squish, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
UK Delivery
We currently offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:
Standard Delivery — £4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery — £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, adverse weather and peak periods.
International Delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations, including countries within Europe, Canada and the United States.
International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Estimated international delivery times are generally 5–8 business days. These are estimates only and do not include any time that a parcel may be held by customs in the destination country.
Customs, Import Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, sales taxes or handling/clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Retro Squish and may be payable separately by the recipient.
The recipient is responsible for any applicable import charges imposed by their local customs authority, postal service or courier.
Customs requirements and charges vary between countries, and Retro Squish cannot guarantee whether charges will apply or the amount that may be payable. We recommend checking the applicable rules in your destination country before ordering.
Please note: certain destinations or postal services may require customs duties or other import charges to be collected in a different way. Where this applies, the treatment of those charges may differ from the general position described above.
Customs Information
For international orders, we are required to provide accurate customs information, including the contents and value of the parcel.
We will declare the actual contents and value of your order and cannot mark commercial purchases as gifts or declare an artificially reduced value.
Dispatch & Tracking
Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Parcels
Retro Squish cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered, was not collected, or applicable import charges were not paid, please contact us. Any refund or redelivery will be considered once the parcel has been returned to us. Original shipping costs and any additional return or redelivery costs may be deducted or charged where appropriate, subject to your statutory rights.
Delays
Once a parcel has been handed to the postal service or courier, delivery may occasionally be delayed for reasons outside our control.
International parcels can also be delayed during customs processing. Customs clearance times are controlled by the authorities in the destination country and are not included in our estimated delivery times.
If you believe your parcel is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help you investigate the shipment.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the parcel and affected item(s) so that we can investigate.
